vanilla butter creme frosting


1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
6-8 cups confectioner's sugar
1/2 cup milk
2 tsp vanilla extract

1. add butter and 4 cups sugar into bowl. add milk and vanilla. beat 3-5 minutes until smooth and creamy.
2. gradually add remaining sugar, 1 cup at a time. beat 2 minutes after each addition until thick enough to be of good spreading consistency.

notes: your typical butter creme frosting. yum. store and use at room temperature.
